Shrivika Crystals sells authentic natural crystals, crystal jewellery, rudraksh and related spiritual wellness products. Product photographs are indicative; every natural stone differs in colour, banding, inclusions, size and finish.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately in the order summary before you pay. We may change prices or withdraw a product at any time, but never after your order has been accepted.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything already paid — where a product is out of stock, a price or description error has occurred, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

We accept prepaid payment by UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders and pincodes. Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. See Shipping & COD for details.

Crystals are formed in the earth. Differences in shade, pattern, internal fractures, surface texture, weight and exact dimensions are natural characteristics, not defects, and are not grounds for return. Genuine manufacturing defects, damage in transit and incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Warranty policy.

Our products are sold for spiritual, decorative and personal-wellbeing purposes. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or financial advice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

All content on this site — photographs, text, the Shrivika name and logo — belongs to Shrivika Crystals and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
