Shipping & Cash on Delivery

We ship pan-India to all serviceable pincodes through trusted courier partners. You can check serviceability for your pincode on any product page before you order. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown in the order summary before payment — you will never be charged anything that was not displayed at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days to metros and major cities, and 7–10 business days to remote or hill-state pincodes. Energized and made-to-order pieces may take an extra day to prepare before dispatch.

During festival periods, national holidays and courier strikes, timelines can stretch beyond the usual window. We will keep you informed by email or WhatsApp if your parcel is delayed.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pincodes. If your pincode or cart is not eligible, the COD option simply will not appear at checkout.

We do not add any extra COD handling fee — you pay exactly the order total shown at checkout, to the delivery agent, at the door. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may make future COD orders unavailable for that address.

You will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is picked up. You can also check status any time at Track Order using your order number and registered email or phone.

Please record an unboxing video — it is required for any damaged, defective or incorrect item claim. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Full details are in our Returns & Warranty policy.
