To process and deliver an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and shipping address, along with order details and payment metadata (such as the payment method, transaction reference and payment status). If you create an account, we store your login email and any addresses or wishlist items you save.

We also collect basic technical information — device type, browser, pages viewed — to keep the store working correctly and to understand which products people find useful.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on Razorpay's secure systems. Shrivika Crystals never sees or stores your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We receive only the outcome of the payment and a reference ID so we can match the payment to your order.

We use your information to accept and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, issue invoices, handle returns and warranty claims, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send offers and rituals — you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

We share only what is necessary, and only with: logistics and courier partners (name, address, phone) so your parcel can be delivered; Razorpay for payment processing; and service providers who host our website and send our transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

We may disclose information where required by Indian law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, and measure anonymous usage analytics. Blocking cookies in your browser may stop the cart or sign-in from working.

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required under Indian tax law. Other personal data is kept only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide support. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for marketing, or request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain.
